Chris has dedicated his career to ensuring excellence in skilled nursing facility operations and compliance. Beginning as a Nursing Home Administrator in 2012, his commitment and expertise earned him the prestigious Florida Governor’s Gold Seal Award in 2013. Chris’s success in the long-term care industry led to a promotion as a multi-state Regional Administrator, where he oversaw multiple facilities and spearheaded initiatives to improve care and operational efficiency. His career growth also includes serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), where he developed strategies to optimize operational and financial performance.
As the CEO of Aris Health Group, Chris focuses on improving patient outcomes, achieving regulatory excellence, and ensuring the financial stability of healthcare organizations.

Jeremy Summers, RN, NHA
Jeremy’s passion for the long-term care industry began at an early age when he worked as a CNA after high school. After obtaining his RN license in 2008, he quickly demonstrated strong leadership skills and was promoted to Director of Nursing (DON). Building on his success, Jeremy transitioned to the role of Nursing Home Administrator and later advanced to Vice President of Clinical Operations, where he drove initiatives to improve care quality and operational efficiency.
As the COO of Aris Health Group, Jeremy leverages his nursing background to seamlessly integrate operational oversight with clinical excellence. He focuses on implementing strategic plans that drive long-term growth and success, fostering a culture of excellence, and enhancing patient outcomes across the organization.
